"Project 50" - A challenge for strong minds

Hello, there readers it's your thamizh again with interesting content for the blog of the week. Today let me share detailed information about a challenge that went viral on social media over the past couple of months. That challenge is called "Project 50" which has some rules and instructions which examine the individual's mental stability and strength. I have tried this Project 50 challenge a few months before and also mentioned it in my very first blog when I started this blog page.

This challenge was really hard for me. I even failed a couple of times but, showing up every single day nevertheless of your obstacles and distraction is what it all takes. This project  50 helped me to build discipline and control my urges and emotions. Controlling your emotions is one of the important things each and everyone should learn, especially men. Let me list out the rules of this project 50 and its mental and physical impact on us.

  • "Meditate for 10 mins daily" when you wake up in the morning as it helps to calm your mind and relax your body. Meditating instead of grabbing your mobile and scrolling social media increases your stress about what's happening even before the day starts. It keeps you ready for the day.
  • "Reading a minimum of 10 pages of a book", which has to be a psychological or philosophy book. No comic book or any other storybook is allowed. Reading this kind of book will help us think outside the box and improve our knowledge.
  • "Having a physically active session at least for 45min to 1hr a day" will help you to stay physically active and healthy. It can be any type of physical activity such as going to the gym lifting heavy weights, walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, skipping, etc.
  • "Cleaning eat" which is nothing but avoiding processed foods that are unhealthy, until this challenge gets over and replacing them with nutritional foods. Drink water rather than soda which will improve your health a lot. You can feel more confident about your health when you are eating clean.
  • "Try to learn a new skill" throughout this challenge by spending a quality hour every single day to master it. Choose skills that will help you in the long span and generate a secondary side hustle from it.
  • "Start being comfortable with doing things that are not comfortable for you". Doing things out of your comfort zone really makes you stronger. You get the opportunity to fail and learn new things a lot. It also boosts your confidence level.
  • "Have a proper morning and night routine such as grooming and self-care things". Your day will be less stressed out and organized if you consider having a good morning and night routine. The morning and night before bed are two crucial and important events of the day that impact your mood and mindset of the day a lot.
  • "Journal up the things that you have done in a day". Journaling will teach you about time management and a clear vision of your actions for the day. It helps to check whether we have been productive or not. Write your thoughts daily for the understanding of the time spent on a day.
This Project 50 might look so hard but if you can discipline your actions and start your self-improvement journey, then I can assure you that your confidence level and your quality of life are going to elite. If you fail on any of the days then, you should start the challenge again from day 1. I respect those who have completed Project 50, they deserve that. With this I conclude today's blog, and see you all again with interesting content, until then it's your thamizh signing off...
Peace out❤
