Mental changeover -"A necessity"

            Hello there people.wish you all luck for your upcoming events in life to everyone out there.it's me thamizh here,hope you all are doing good.Today's context is going to be something which everyone needs to hear on this "socio- system life" where everyone get addicted to something which doesn't add up any value to their life.people normalised to be  slave to their urges which doesn't make any sense.

Maybe at my age I can't be that experienced over mentally to say things to improve ourselves,but I can say some things which worked me out to improve my life, which is "mental detox".That helped me a lot to become a better version of myself.We all do certain actions for satisfaction and happiness but most of us don't know what real happiness is all about. We all are running towards that temporary happiness which is caused by dopamine hormone. Knowing the difference of what you want over what you need will help you to become better version of yourself.
At the start of 2022 I was just a normal 18 year old teen who was broke. but now I feel it's the prime of my life. I just want to share what made me to improve myself from my old self.I may not be that much successful in my current life but,I am glad that I made some progress in my life."Dopamine detox" have really helped me a lot. Let me categorize what I have done during the period of dopamine detox.

"Sleep"- Sleep is the most important for me because your body and mind both need recovery to be productive the rest of the day.Maintaining a good sleep cycle with the same timing is also important.

"Journal"- journaling your daily activities will give you a clear idea about how you are using your time and helps you to manage your time.plan accordingly.

"Exercise"-Do some physical activity to keep yourself active and manage stress.During physical activities your testosterone hormones gets increased which has a lot of benefits to your health both mentally and physically.

"Stop procrastinating"-procrastination is the worst thing that can make a person lazy and weak in their personality.have deadlines to yourself to stop procrastination.

"Build a hobby"-building a hobby is one of the best things you can do to keep yourself engaged in a certain activity which gives value to your life.

"Be comfortable with not being comfortable"-we all want a life with high standards but think for a second that are we really working that hard for the life we want??? Of course not.when we are in our comfort zone we don't hustle and can't learn new things but when we step out of the comfort zone we acquire the opportunity to learn something.

"Don't seek perfection"- we all heard of a saying 'practice makes you perfect " but it's not."Practice makes you better".we all are never perfect we always have something to improve.

"Eat clean"-Eating clean is a basic quality in terms of my life. Having control to eat what your body needs and having such discipline gives you confidence over things.

"Spend quality time over quantity time"- spending time with our friends and family is also a must quality which determines who you are.spending time with friends for hours and still feeling alone while you are in a problem doesn't add up value to your life.having people who are with you in your ups and downs and add value to your life is a blessing.be wise while choosing people.

"Having vision"-Having a vision on what you need to be after 10 years of your teenage years is a need.In 2022 i had a certain goals to accomplish within the year gets over and i accomplished them partially.even though it is partial i'm glad that I made a progress on myself in 2022 than 2021.

"It is what it is"-This mindset of it is what it is may seem pessimistic but, sometimes we can't control situations around us but what we can control is our mindset.being strong in tough time is what really makes you stronger.which gives confidence and courage to handle things in life.

"Discipline>>>Motivation"- I strongly believe that motivation is just a short term driving force.if you want to see progression you have to stick to discipline because motivation may be at one day and may not the other day but discipline will be mandatory on all days.

Success is determined by the perception of people so I think I feel better than ever and these things really helped me become a better version of myself.I hope this will help you all with your life because this blog is written with my personal experience i gained over a year.
